SaniFlame is a leading incinerator manufacturer that seeks to provide the best waste solutions to its customers. In addition to standard emission monitoring equipment required by environmental authorities, SaniFlame system continuously senses the exhaust gases to provide real-time oxygen monitoring. A sophisticated computer algorithm then uses this information to optimize the volume of air that should be injected into the afterburner to achieve the greatest efficiency and cleanest emissions.
The SaniFlame system uses an O2 sensor in the exhaust flue to ensure that the gases leaving the Secondary Chamber are completely combusted. This is accomplished by heating the generated gases to over 850 °C and mixing them with additional air in the Chamber. The oxygen level is continuously monitored.
Optional CO, CO2, NOx, and opacity sensors are available with the SaniFlame if required by the local environmental protection authority.
